Dear JSP folks,
I hereby announce my new WT!

ALNAIR
-

Alnair is the main star from Crane (Grus) and easily visible in the night sky, even for eyesight crippled nerds.


Other than my previous Walk Throughs, Alnair will be more oriented towards the Diablo II LoDs basis.

The following rules will be set:

  • /p8, reruns can be done as desired
  • no Plugy
  • no Ladder runewords
  • crafted weapons only (when available)
  • 1 rare weapon is allowed if need be, but then 2 pieces of crafted armor have to be equipped instead


My goals are:

  • have fun
  • enjoy D2 ambient sound
  • craft a worthy weapon
  • use 2 Lo runes not for 2 Griefs but for 40% DS
  • finish Baal in Hell or die like a man

Gl finding rubys. Its my hardest part on my rate/craft barb. All my weapons gambled >all crafts so far. About 30 crafts with none above 200ed yet. :(

Yeah, the crafts will be annoying. Looking at other WTs, I figure it will take some time to come up with something usefull.

I bet it will be like that in the end. The rare item rule ist just a safety net in case I find a once in a lifetime item.
