Use Infinity GT or Thresher, Andy helm with 30%FR/15%IAS jewel, and either Forti or Treachery, not really sure which one will be better for this

Yah Maybe a ghost spear as well. Never really used anything other then insight or infinity/law bringer or reapers tolls on a merc so won’t be much help to you

so your necro will kill all white mobs instantly. and it will kill boss packs nearly instantly. but it wont kill bosses instantly, that takes a lot longer. on bosses CB > raw dmg.

so if its pvm follow Bel's instructions

if PvP then u can go with an ebotd setup, but you might as well go highest dmg possible and not worry about IAS because they wont get a 2nd hit in very often before they explode
