Happened to me too like 10 minutes ago, it seems it is not formatted right

Another user adviced me to download the runes.txt from the google drive, u place this into your folder and delete the runes.bin

Run as admin and your tal thul ort amn sword becomes a spirit

Is there a reason sometimes it don't work and sometimes it does??

Every once in a while I will get a fail if I try it as soon as I join a game... I task manager out and come back in and make it again and it works...
