So last night i was goofing around on open battle net and half ass geared a holy bolt paladin and reach like 5k + holy bolt.


Gear to reach that: (if ur interested)
Spirit weapon
Spirit shield
Lore helmet
Viper magi
Magefists
Silkweave

Thats only +5 to skills which is manageable in nightmare, imagine actually being geared with p combat gcs. But that down fall is "undead" only..

So the other side of the character is what I was thinking about. You could go conviction or fanaticism to help merc be the main killer in other areas and heal him at the same time !

There are still simply too many demons and such for this to not be a major pain in the ass. It could however be part of a sweet duo to play with a friend. The other player could be some melee build to with a focus on Dmg to demons.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. I was hoping to get some encouragement from others

Switch side could be:
fanaticism / smite

Smite takes small rune words to do big damage (black, rhyme for NM)

Is that 5k damage with maxed hammer and FoH? Majority of mobs are not undead leaving a heavy workload on Emilio. I don't see any real effectiveness unless running with more than 1 player as a group healer for fun. Sorry I can't offer any encouragement because I think it would become to monotonous trying to make it work.

Meh, before too long we're going to have a #merclivesmatter movement..

Arctic Blast?

The next 1 I had in mind that I haven't seen is leap attack barb.. Seems to have a hefty + damage built in the skill itself. Plus leap is maxed for a stunned room...

You have my +1 on this as I am also considering this build!

Oh yea, even better if someone else does it !!!!
I got a thrower barb I need to work on.
