I was scurious the 2% chance to summon a Valkyrie, does that stack with points put into Valkyrie, so say if you had 10 skill points in it would it then summon a level 25 valk?

no it says what lvl it spawns.

So in fact... you wasted 10 points for no reason in valkyrie if you are using that armor. -_-

edit: well spawning it where you want it is a good crowd control measure but then your armor might re-cast it somewhere else.

U need a straight pt into valk for peace valk to stay, or despawns after few seconds

Doesn't add, but it does receive bonuses from syngery
