Okay, here's the thing. I got rushed a couple of days ago. It happened At the act 2 for the quest where you get the amulet in viper temple. I looted the amulet, had it equiped with nothing else. then i died and never returned to my corpse because someone else in the group had made the staff for duriel tomb. the rush went on and i never recovered my body back. I left the game. now, every game i enter my corpse is there and when i try to recover it says im overburden. thing is my inventory is completly empty and i had only the act 2 ammy equipped. it can't be an inventory bug nor a strenght bug. now im 80 and starting to gear but if i ever die and leave the game im rly afraid my current gear will disappear in the bug. has any1 ever experienced this? i mean ive been playing diablo 2 forever and i have never seen this... please help me. i tried everything

Interesting bug ...imo only the last corpse will be transfered to the next game. So you should equip another crap amulet on your char, then die on purpose an leave the game without retreaving your body. In the next gamr you should be able to pick up your corpse and that should fix the problem.
Im playing hc only so not sure about the last corpse stuff 100%.

Damn, that's interesting. Makes sense that you wouldn't be able to equip/pick up the amulet, but you'd think they would drop it in stead of disallowing you to claim the corpse at all.

Yes!!!! I actually did equip a crap ammy. Died and left the game. Now i can recover my body! Idk why i did not think of that solution before. Thank you all!
