I have a hammerdin I play on and am wondering if I should bump it up to 125 fcr for higher BP. Right now I am sitting at 80 fcr.

I also use a HOZ and max block. Am wondering if I maybe swapped shako for a 20 fcr tiara and then maybe swap out hoz for sacred targe spirit (will i be able to do max block with this?) Is this viable or should I stay where I am with hoz, shako, etc. Not really sure what's better. I assume 125 FCR will be nicer just not sure what gear to wear that won't compromise safety (omw to level 99, so would hate to die) I run P8 games if that helps (west ladder)

You can use spirit,shako and a 2/10+ ammy

I'm wondering if I can still utilize max block either with sacred targe spirit or a zakarum spirit. Is this viable or a waste of points?

I personally never go max block

I like it for safety in full games. I don't think I'd do as well with vita. If I cast holy shield then put points into dex I don't think it will take too much with sacred targe or zakarum (though not sure which has better block and will cost less dext for max block)

I thought you were playing single player since thats what people on this subforum do, but hoz has more block

Ah I just thought this was for PVM advice. My apologies. In my OP I state I run USWest ladder 8P games for better loot. I know HOZ has more block but I am really aiming to hit 125 FCR here so if I do a ammy (10-20 fcr) and a spirit targe or zakarum itll put me right at 125. My only concern is achieving max block on the sprit targe or zakarum and if its feasible or not

Paladin has holy shield that helps you get max block with white buckler with very little dexterity. Go for it.

Also found this comment on another forum:

"With a Spirit Sacred Targe at clvl 90 and Holy Shield at slvl 30-ish, you'd need 155 dex to reach max block. On a Spirit Vortex, you'd need 169 dex."

use spirit st, get max block
keep your shako
get a fcr ring or amu for 125fcr bp
