Doing a javazon walkthrouh and i am in act 3 normal right now

Im trying to get some matriarchal javelin from shop or gambling , can act 3 sell those or do i have to get to nightmare or act 5 until i can shop them.

Just use a throwing spear...

gamble doesn't change based on act or difficulty - it's completely dependent on your character level. Mat javs have a base ilvl of 23, and gamble spawns items -5/+4 ilvl so the earliest level you will see a mat jav is level 19

As of right now i am using a rare balrog spear using power strike and charged strike attack , until i get lightning fury , should i even bother trying to get rare jav , since i mostly need ias and +2 skill on thr javelin, also which attack is better againts boss charger or power strike?
