not for bot use, and considering without maphack

fastest getting through all areas (chaos, pits, baal, meph, etc.)

Hammeridn is best if u have slow reaction time and telly into mobs

If 'etc' includes Ubers (all PVM chars should be able to Uber, imo) then hammer/1pt smiter.
