yes, but the uniques/champions have a clvl 2-3 levels higher then the area level, so the main ones to farm are still 85 for the most part-ish
With blizz on half geared sorc I was hitting mausoleum, crypt, andy, ancient tunnels, meph, and cows.
I believe none of those have any cold immunes "standard" but of course unique mobs can occasionally spawn with modifiers that make them immune. All of those spots are extremely easy to farm with a blizz sorc in crap gear.
my blizz sorc was doing crap damage the majority of the last 2 weeks, she only ended up peaking at around 4.4k blizz. But that's plenty to drop on a group of 20 cows and watch half of them die nearly instantly.
Even once I'm fully setup with my favorite mf/farming setup (lightning sorc with only a cunt hair under 200mf, and 33k light/13k chain with 6-7 slots of inventory space clear) I still hit andy, ancient tunnels, meph, and cows as part of my route. I get great drops, and the I clear packs in 1-2 shots.
edit: I started mainly farming cows due to the fact they tend to be a good place to find socket bases, charms, jewesls etc, and a light sorc can juts mow em down by the dozens. But so far this ladder, it has by FAR given me the best drops. I wasn't intending to be hitting it "all ladder", but I think I'm going to go ahead and keep running it on my light sorc. (I skip cows on my hammerdin, not his strong suit).
