Enigma, Bramble is pretty garbage.

I'd say -psn res for the immune monsters that you break with Lower Resist.

TO gloves + shield + belt is a really good combo but a necro shield, arach and TO gloves is probably better if you can get a really good shield.

A good rolled Death's Web should be the focus, imo.
