With top gear light sork is pretty much best all around

Light sorc, no contest.

I find Sin more enjoyable to play. Far more versatile. I ended last season with a hybrid trap/kicker. Could ez any content baal, chaos, mf runs. Could also uber with her (no respec just gear swap)
I am playing a Sorc since Ladder reset however. Hard to pass up that free tele. Once I have an enigma Heading right back to Sin.

If you ask a question between trap or light sorc, the answer will be always light sorc.
