Whats Best % of mf cause i found a 1fire/40 life gc off baal few mins ago and i thought they could only be rolled so how much mf do i need to keep getting these more frequently

It's due to the item level of the charm, a baal GC has an iLvl of 99 and can roll all possible values that a grand charm can roll (ie 40+ life skiller). I think more MF the less likely hood of a "magic" grand charm" drops and instead it get's upgraded to Gheeds? Not really sure about that part.

That skiller GC could have dropped even if you had 0 MF

Wrong. 41-45 can also be identified, but only from nila/dia/baal gcs. Theses are also the only gcs that can get the 41-45life suffix when rerolling.

+1/40life has nothing to with mf. Only itemlvl matters. And luck ofc
