I'm running lawbringer phase blade and an eth oath highland right now, with a wisp protector ring. The aura,bone spears, and lightning procs plus decrep pretty much melts faces,Even on /p8. Easier runewords if you're having trouble finding Lo runes but grief dmg just cannot be beaten.
