Just note that some of these skills don't display the maximum possible (past level 10) on the Amazon Basin, so you need to look at the ilvl increment and calculate for level 11 yourself. Affixes spawn up to maximum ilvl 104 when shopping or level 99 when dropping from monsters (Baal).
