Atm I dont have soso for test it, so my question is:
Can a soso kill lilith, izu, duri? Is a soso good for making organs from keysets? Atm I have smiter with 125 fcr on switch, but I want faster tele ( or possible with barb?))

Sure but not advisable. 125 fcr tele smite is plenty .frenzy barb can pull it off and is fun.but nothing beats smite.

Okey. My smite has wizzy+35fcr spirit on switch, and 2* fcr ring (gulli has cham) + arach. Works well anyway

soso for orgasm

Sorc very good for organs not so much trist

blizz sorc also great for dclone as well
but highly doubt you will be able to do trist unless you are melee lifetap build

Fire / light hybrid can solo the Pandemonium Event
