3.I also have hoto - what should i do to increase my dmg output without griffon and facets?
4. What are the best spots to farm quickly and efficiently as a lightning soso (currently lvl 92) and still being able to take decent exp?
5. Also regarding fire - any viable spots apart of mausoleum to farm efficiently? Any special gear needed?

yes
in scenarios with high res mobs
use gear with +1 skills and skillers
pits, chaos, baal ect
not sure, not sure

if you don't have griffon and facets, cmoon likely is better than eschutas

5. A bit tedious to farm, but Maggot Lair doesn’t have any innate Fire Immunes. Plus, level 2+3 are lvl 85 areas.

You're right about no innate Immune to Fire.

Maggot Lair Level 3 (H) is level 85, whereas 1 and 2 are level 84.
