My Bear dont kill BaaL in HeLL

I have a friend who he kill baal and open cowrun in hell

My Question is if i kill CowKing in hell in the futur when i kill baal in hell can i open the cow ?

If you kill cow king, you cannot create portal. This also goes for anyone who is in the cow level with you. If you or anyone who is in the secret cow portal kills king, nobody will be allowed to create. Which is why portal makers, such as enchanters, create and stay in town. It doesn't effect them.
