Hey I played off and on for the last decade or so. But haven't played this game at all in like the last 5 years is it still active and worth playing? I know there's tons of gold site selling bots but are there still real people who play?

there are but its extremely small player count..
the season where the bots were banned was really fucking fun though. Doubt that will ever happen again.

i would say. wait til reset, play for acouple weeks, find something else to do for 5 months, play next reset

Dang that's a shame cause I've been getting the itch to play again I never played diablo 3 but hear it just doesn't really compare to diablo 2. But the trading section looks pretty active

It's very active at ladder reset but it starts to die off a few weeks in. Prices are very high on most items at reset.

Like Cigin said, the season before this one was AWESOME. Bots were virtually eliminated.

diablo 3 sucks. east softcore is probably the most active. this season has been pretty over run with bots though. reset “should” be sometime in december, so your best bet is to wait. there’s usually a lot of people that play reset

Ya I'll probably do that then cause there's no point in starting again less than. 2 months from reset. Ya I've heard mixed things about diablo 3. I play elder scrolls online on xbox and just bought rdr2 with eso game gold I may get d3 next to try since I'm not spending real money on it

Lol who the bell is actually waiting for that?? Such a joke. Until D2 remastered is released just keep reminiscing. D2 remastered with some item/skill tweaks and bot free online experience would absolutely blow up. Blizzard just can’t accept that d3 is a failure.

/edit Diablo 3 isnt a HORRIBLE game. It is decent. I had fun for a few hundred hours playing it. Each season is 3 months long and has new perks and milestones for new rewards.... But I eventually came back to diablo 2, it is just better. (Also I first played diablo 3 when the game's market system was already gone and the game was vastly improved since release..)
