Say you have perfect gear, and infinity

Is blizzard, fireball, or chain lightning the fastest way to clear groups?

It's probably chain lightning but something in me wants that fireball meteor combo.

Just straight Lightning is probably faster than Chain.

Meteorb and Blizz are cool but with Infy merc light immunes are for the most part easier to break.
