how rare is it to find 15 enhanced defense armors such as MP/AP/DS etc. no matter what I do I can’t seem to find a single one out of nearly 3,000 runs

Same with weapons such as flail/crystal sword/phase blade and merc weapons like CA/CV...

If single player
Players8 with 0 magic find is what I've been told.

Not very uncommon. Roam pits with 0 mf and you’ll find bases fast

my runs are pit/countess/Andy/trav/morph/chaos/Baal

I’m approv 350 mf.

So essentially for bases/whites I’m running too high MF?

Yes. When running for whites/socketables, you run with 0 mf.

0% mf of course, as other said (or the lowest you can).

Add Halls of Anguish/Pain/Vaught to your runs. These areas have high monster density, they are great places for your needs.

/players 7 is the best setting, if your killing speed doesn't suffer much.
