Idk anything about racks. Obviously NM Meph is the current plan and she/he/it will drop other goods, however, this rack made me stop and wonder .

It drops CJs very frequently as long as no monster is near.

nm tower cellar lvl 2 is only area level 39.
titans is ilvl 50

I’d crack on with Meph. Think I found three sets of Titan’s in under 1000 runs, so it’s certainly doable.

Also what twitchy said makes sense :)

I found my set on a rack in durance of hate lvl 3, during meph runs ;)
