I'm having an Itch to make a delerium character walk thru but i have no ideals of IAS breakpoints, FHR Breakpoints, If ias from gloves/ammy/fanat skill will effect the IAS or if its just Weapon only like Bears are.
If anyone has any advice or tips i would love to hear them.

It would be an extremely tedious walk-through trying to proc delirium at 1% chance with only 60 seconds duration. Unless you mean modifying the character into permanent doll form with a program?

Just the point of having to have the delirium helm as a requirement for a melee char i guess.. But I decided to skip that walk thru for now and try something else with me entering the "race" thats coming up. Trying a poison necro, main skill trying to be the dagger skill until it becomes unbearable and then I will spread to psn explosion and psn nova. Made a practice 1 on open battle net showing me 14k-16k psn dagger. Maybe if I make it to nightmare meph or something I would post it.

But I would try barb or pally delirium anything besides that would be more challenging, and love to follow 1 if someone else made 1 instead.
