This is the new gear (ive run Andy probably 250-300 times)

My gear is:

Weapon: Spirit CS 35 fcr
Shield: Lidless
Helm: Rock Stopper
Armor: Stealth serpent skin
Boots: Dual res (40 lr / 23 fr) 10 frw boots
--------- I have a pair of Dual res (40 fr / 19 cr) 10 fhr / 6 dex boots in stash for when I get spirit Monarch
Gloves: Mage Fists
Belt:10 fhr / 35 life / 27 lr / 26 pr sharkskin belt
ring 1: 10fcr / 3 mana / 19 fr
ring 2: SoJ
Amulet: 1 sorc / 10 fcr / 20 mana / 13@res / 39 psn res (total)

Swap weapon/shield: lv 1 Lower Res wand / Rhyme tower shield

Mercenary

Weapon: Eth Partizan Insight (lv 16) his damage range is 733 - 1347
Armor: Duriel's Shell
Helm: Steal Skull Casque

Still hoping to get SoE and Viper, but I also found a Peasant's Crown, this worth keeping, and at what point should I just give up and move on to Hell?

I mean you could move on at any time.. if you feel comfortable
its up to you if your want more DR or fcr/+1 skill

I would stay considering your meteorb right? 5%~ extra damage really racks up with a low dmg skill

damn that is terrifying...

well im at A2, i at least have the option to farm countess on P1 (killed her on P8) and can farm Andy on P1 (killed her on P8), but Andy in NM on p8 has a higher chance to drop vmagi / soe than hell andy on p1 so..

I think A2 will be tough but if I can get to A3 I can LK farm which could help a lot - just need bases which I can also farm in LK

Took it careful through A2 and then bum rushed it through A3 to LK - so actually have made some serious progress!

Might go back to NM at some point, but also am able to farm A2 Maggot Lair pretty well due to the safety of the walls and their lack of resistances to fire/cold. Will see what happens now - hoping to find Monarch and make spirit, and maybe get some good runes!

How good are your res? Mosers could be cool as well. You can tele to lk and get hoto runes!

Been keeping an eye out for Moser's too, but no luck there either :\
Res in hell is ~40 on average

Running LK for a bit to see what i find - have an armor rack with Sharktooth armor, hoping to get a good base for treachery for merc
