I have smite, holy shield, fant, and defiance maxed out (Should I have put my points into other skills other than defiance?, Which skills exactly?)

Coa sucks. Use guili for ubers and shako for general mfing.
Exile is fine, but upped zaka is more dmg.
Use upped SoE if u switch belt.
Boots is kinda w/e tbh.

Put points into resist lightning for more maximum lightning res.

I wouldn't play smiter tho if u wanna farm pit or something, it's very good for bossing tho.

You should have some fcr tho. Maybe u can use hoto + spirit on swap so your tele isn't 100% cancer.

A zealer may also be a smiter.
General pvm : use zeal.
Uber-Tristram : use smite.
