Where should I shop for a good base wand for the runeword White?
I was wondering if there is a optimal base for this with something like 2pnb + 3 bone spear? Or is the optimal 3x 3 specific skills?

EDIT: I know that drognan normal can spawn 3+ bone spear, but is there a better alternative?

First of all, you can't have +2 pnb cause that means it's magic or higher.. Can only make runewords in grey/normal items

If you don't want more extra skills than +3 bone spear, then go for that.

Alright. The 2pnb was just an example, but I understand that it will then be magic or higher. I have seen normal items that have 2 different skills,but can a normal wep have 3 different skills? i.e. 3bone spear, 3 bone prison, 3 bonespirit.

Yes, it can have 3 different up to +3. Very hard to get, but it's absolutely the best if you can find it. With the right stats at least

Thanks man. Will definitely look for something close to that. Do you know if drognan norm is still the best bet?

Drogy on normal only can sell wands with skills up to lvl18 i think.
So you cant get +3 spear +3 spirit wand there

The optimal would be +3 Bone Spear, +3 Bone Spirit and one extra skill. The last skill could be revive, lower resists or whatever skill you find useful.
You can't shop for such base, you'd have to trade for it or find it yourself.

While shopping at norm drognans remember that only 'bone wand' base can have 2 sockets in it
