I've had it working before when I did some walks but for some reason this time its not working for me. Is there something I am missing?

Mine didn't work until I changed the name from "Runes.txt" to simply "Runes".

Also, I had to re-download the file for it to work. The one I obtained from Google seemed to be corrupt. But I found a link on here that worked.
