The Gface gives more DPS, and works wonders since you don't need more leech when you have Life Tap.

Also note, If you're running the second setup, the ias jewel isn't helping you reach a new breakpoint if I remember correctly

E: You would reach a higher IAS breakpoint with Andy+15 ias jewel+Treachery (4.54aps vs 4.16aps), but I don't know if it'd be worth it over Guillaumes.

This setup does a lot more damage due to higher ias so it lands a lot more crushing blow hits and your merc gets some dr from fade
