What is the highest lvl lower resist possible for a charged wand? The formulae on arreat summit is super confusing.

/e idc about number of charges. I plan to shop malah but idk how high the skill can get

obviously lifetap and lower resist is same thing

lvl 5 is max on life tap :rolleyes:

Pretty sure you can get a wand with level 3 Lower Resist charges, but its iLvl is 99. So Baal could drop one, or you can find one from a vendor with a lvl94+ character.
