Yes, but you can't break immunes with it.

And what this guy said about the crescent moon wep but u have to be wearing it on ur sorc, not ur merc



Better off going cold/fire hybrid if u dont have the infinity.
Or pure cold and skip around the immunes

if no infy imo go for pure blizz or hybrid fire cold
pure blizz with a decent merc at maso and boss farming
hybrid imo only with enough all skill items

Thanks guys. I wasn't sure if it counted on the merc. I plan to use a lower res charged wand to break immunes. I will play around with it and use respect as needed
