Does weapon type add to total IAS ?

EX:

Hydra bow - Weapon Speed of 10

IAS in gear - 105%

would this total out to be 115?

My Faith roll sucked, got +12 Fana twice so im stuck with that for a good while.

So my total IAS averages out to around

150.65 if I count total IAS as 115

137.5 if I count total IAS as 105

When I add Nos coil to the 105 IAS count, it averages at around 150 with no frame change.

Anyone knowledgeable on this?

I forgot to mention - My merc is using Faith +12 fana , I'm using WF

Weapon speed 10= slow
Weapon speed -10= fast
If its above 0 it lowers ias

Base weapon speed works as negative being better then positive,if you have 105% IAS then you subtract the positive number from the base you only add the negative numbers.

So you in fact have 95ias,add the IAS from nos and its 105ias.

You cannot use the IAS and WSM interchangeably. They do not add together.

Use the attack speed calculators for the relevant breakpoints.

With level 12 Fana no bow requires more than 99 IAS to reach 7 fpa.

Do not confuse IAS and WSM. They are not added together at any point. Skill IAS (Fana in this case) works completely differently to item IAS.
