I would love to play singleplayer and test some builds.

Is there any easy "Editor" or something, where I dont need to downgrade my game to an older version that allows me to do Ladder Runewords & Edit my Char + Create Items?

I would be very grateful for any useful information on this, because I really want to test a Frenzy Barb with different Runewords in Uber Tristram

I got the download version from Blizzard by the way, if that makes any difference!

Editing items is looked down strongly here.

Ladder runewords though is easy. Just add a textfile in your folders, and its complete.

I just want to try things out for Battle Net. Because I am surely not wealthy enough to craft all the runewords online. Just want to do some research, so I know what I should focus on for Battle Net

Check the stickies in pvm sub for ladder runewords text file and guide how to use it.
And to edit ur char lvl or whatever u want, use hero edi**r I guess
