Hola.
Who would have thought judging from the topic: i have a question concerning my fury druid farming meph NM currently for ribby:

Should i use shaftstop or treachery?
Setup:
Upped bonesnap//Spirit &sigons precast
4topaz gothic plate
Other gear: head: gface, got Rockstopper or Tals for merc
Angelic combo, 1rare ring (mainly res)
Rare gloves (res as well), SoE, gtoes

Dont have an optional armor in stash, neither a base for treachery

Cheers

If I remember correctly the ias from treachery wouldn't work in wolf mode? The ias is only from weapon or am I wrong with that?

IMO you should go with Treachery. On a slow weapon you still gain attack speed from your equipement and it will help bringing Meph down faster. You seem to be somewhat low on resists so Fade would help. At this point you don’t really need that much DR%, but still you get 15% from Fade.

I don’t think it’s a waste to make a Treachery, you’ll be able to use it on your Merc eventually if you switch to something else.

Ias from Equipment is irrelevant for faster weps. iirc they benefit slower weapons somewhat, and since bonesnap got no ias on it.... but in the end I have no clue

With a level 20 Werewolf, Bonesnap and no other source of IAS, you get 2.40 attacks per second with Fury. With Treachery you get 2.71 attacks per second (you could get the same speed with 20 IAS gloves).

First of all, most of your equipments used by your wolf are very cheap. A good wolf (and any physical character) always needs very expensive equipments.

Then, Shaftstop is higher than Treachery for sure, but not the highest he can have.

Tough call but I think Treachery could be the better option, as you get a host of good effects from Fade. 30%DR from Shaftstop in NM is overkill I’d say.

I’d thought only on-weapon IAS affects Fury regardless of weapon used, but if off-weapon IAS does affect slower ones, even better.

And as others have said, can always toss the Treach on your merc when you find an upgrade.

Duriel’s Shell could be a good one if Meph drops it for you. +Strength & life, resists, not to mention CBF.

Good luck :)

Only ias from weapon matters in wolf form.
Treachery still good for dr/resist

That’s wrong. It may be the case for faster weapons, but not for Bonesnap.
