I'm making a tesladin.

The Gear I plan to have:

Dream Helm
Dream Shield
Crescent Moon Sword
Highlords Amulet


In order to reach a breakpoint I need an additional 32 IAS

Option 1: (higher enhanced damage, life leech, all res)
Fortitude
IK Gloves (25ias with 2 pieces)
IK Boots
Nosferatu (10 ias)

Option 2: (higher damage reduction, crushing blow)
Leviathan (15 ias jewel)
20ias cb Gloves (20 ias)
Gores
Verdungo

thoughts?

1 - why would you use CM on this build ?

This,
I'd go with stormlash personaly, more ias, cb and still static on hit or grief for massive phys damage.
Another cheap(but very good) option would be griswold scepter, 40ias 200+ed and 4sockets you can fill with whatever you need, rbfs, ow, cb, ed, ds, ias, lecch, etc...
What kind of mercenary you plan on using?

Dream armor and helm dont stack on top of putting points into aura itself right?
If so are u using fanat and have u accounted for the ias of that?

Half of it is for the appearance... chain lightning and static field. Also, - enemy lightning res.



Maybe I'd use stormlash end game but I don't like planning a build around such a high lvl item. Also, A scourge base is slower than a phaseblade.

Oh, I forgot to mention... the reason I am using a conviction paladin is to use an Act 3 cold merc. I know they aren't the most effective but I wanted a build to make one at least serviceable.

Ive tried beefing an act 3 merc its still useless, Lol. I went to open bnet and put all fcr items on him and didn't change much..

Fortitude / Enigma (depends if you charge or not for moving fast)
Laying of hands
Gore rider
String of ear

Act 2 Might mercenary with Infinity if you're using Fanatism, Act 2 Might mercenary with Pride [if Fortitude] or Reaper's toll [if Enigma] if you're using Conviction.

Dream zealot is so powerful for pvm that you would have no problem with other choices, but this would be totally non-efficient.
