I found the superior eth Giant thresher if I use nightmare socket Quest will it roll 4

It depends where you found it. I imagine in hell, so at ilvl 40+ it will get 6 sockets from quest 100% of the time

Use cube for a chance to get 4. Amn+ral+Pamethyst. 1/6 chance of getting 4

It will roll 6 os since it's based on ilvl.
