Grinded to level 89 in hell mausoleum and ancient tunnels (blizz sorc) and have yet to even find a white monarch. Any ideas for an alternative place to farm? Been trying spider forest but there are occasionally cold immune there.

Perhaps try to roll a monarch rack in LK? Kinda hard to know if a rack will drop monarchs though since they change what they drop every run
