I always find mine off Nightmare Andy

If you want the best place to find Tal's Ammy to the exclusion of all ohter items. Quest Bugged Nightmare and Hell Andariel are your best bets. Hell has a little better chance but you could porbably kill NM Andariel significantly faster with more MF to justify the slightly lower chance. ( 1:4445 vs 1:4754 chance with no mf on p1)

The best place for Tal Pieces is hell Baal, nm, and hell Mephisto as well as the pit because its I lvl 85 area. good luck.
