i gave mine out i usually get another when i kill trav. but no cube

or do i have to kill trav for someones quest to get it back?

Travincal council only drop it the one time when you don't have one. Either rush somebody and steal theirs, or go get it from the Halls of the Dead level 3.

you won't steal theirs.. every player who doesn't have one will get a drop.
