trying to find gores,arreats, highlords do these things drop in nm and what should i mf

Guilli is better than arreats btw. Baal nightmare can drop HL, but it's better to hunt it in hell.

I would farm mephisto nightmare til I had gtoes/gores and guilli/arreats.

if you're looking for upgrades to your current char, the only thing in nm you should care about is mephisto
if you're looking to make a lot of fg from drops, nm pays more than hell even if you're botting
