Does having more attack speed affect barb whirlwind?

meaning he will turn faster and the animation become shorter, thus being able to cast it again much faster!?

im thinking in making a PVM barb with dual BA axes

only ias on weapon affects whirlwind hitchecks

if i put 2x ias 15% jewels in my arreats its useless?

I mean DOES CRESCENT MOON runeword proc STATIC FIELD on all nearby monsters while my barbarian SPINS?

Ofc not. Static wont work while spining lol... and yes more as more ww tick. Go attack speed calculator and chose wisely

If ww is your main skill, dont use cbf.
Ww while frozen will deal tons of dmg
