Is there any sense to use My Trapper Merc's conviction from the Infinity against Uber Mephisto if a Blizzard Cold and Meteor Fire Sorc are helping me ?

Nope.

Meph's conviction has higher level, so merc's aura will be neglected.

Yes but you won’t get that lvl from ur merc

Uber Meph has lvl20 Conviction.
If you or one of your party members have lvl21 or higher Conviction, then Meph's aura will be neglected, and yours will be fully effective against him.
If you want to support sorcs, you will need a paladin, since Infinity can only provide lvl12 aura.
