I've tried doing the steps in this and tried youtube but i still seem to be to damn stupid to figure out what im doing wrong.

Went thru users, saved games, Diablo 2,
Had to make a data folder, global, excel, Then runes.txt in a text document format and pasted the Code in that link?
Fixed the shortcut in properties.

Anyone know how to fix what im doing wrong?

Is your game .exe in your users file? It should be in your normal drive. That’s where you put it

i know you already had it fixed but i actually ran into a lot of people who when they copied it from the jsp forum post they had an extra space at the start so it didn't work and they had to go back to file at front and remove the space after pasting it lol. It's really silly but happens more than you think.
