Thought about playing but I need to get use to it before I go back to work.
When I swapped from day shift to night shift, I basically had to shift my sleeping schedule by 12 hours. I took melatonin for 2 weeks every day at the time I wanted to sleep (9-10am), and after about 2 weeks I was falling asleep naturally at that time with ease. Once in awhile though I still take it, maybe once a month or so if I can't sleep. Might work for you too.
