found 2x 5-5light facets this week on single player java. i need a good shield too drop em in. can i shop an atod? Artisian tower of deflecting? And if so where at and what difficulty?

Secondary question what lvl do i need to roll +2 class on crafted ammys and rerolled circlets

i think you can craft a safety shield that has sockets, 30/20 and some other mods.

ilvl 44 is required for affix level 33 (Artisan's) on a quality level 22 item (Tower Shield)

I believe these max at 2 sockets but I'm not sure tbh. I've never seen one with 3 sockets at least.
Amulets: the formula is below, the summary is below that. If you're getting amulets from high level sources, aka ilvl 95 amulets from somewhere you can do it at 87 I think but if you're gambling, 93 is the way to go.

int(clvl/2) + int(ilvl/2) >= 90.
Use a character of at least level 93 to gamble and craft Amulets - then every Amulet has a chance to get +2 to [class] Skill Levels / Skills.

hmmm you might be right, i just found a jsp post that says "Artisan's", "Jeweler's" can only spawn on magic items.

but, you can expect to be shopping for a very very long time tho, having both Artisan's and 20/30 is only ~0.01% chance of rolling
It would be much much easier to shop a 20/30, and then do socket quest and hope for 2os

crafting a safety shield, will get more mods ontop of 2os + 20/30, but again you'd probably end up rolling it 1000 times
