Maybe a better amulet.

How far are you atm?

If I calculate this right, swapping Duriels (you have CBF twice..) for Treachery and using 20 IAS crafted gloves would get you the last Zeal bp with a level 20 fanat.

Guillaume’s Face would be your main source of CB.
