So whats players u farm nm meph? i always do in p8 but i get bored really fast since its low, what do u think guys?

/p5 is best IMO but /p1 to /p3 is the biggest drop percentage increase

I am roughly at 2.5k runs looking for Gerkes, SOE, Dwarf, and Vgaze. To put it all in perspective.

That doesn't make much sense

Statistically, p8 gives you the best odds. However, you also have to account for how long it takes to kill Meph.

For example, if you have 200 mf and you are trying to find Occy, on p8 you have a~1:1500 chance. On p3 you have ~1:1550 chance. If it takes you 2 min to kill Meph on p8 but only 30 sec on p3, p3 is likely the better option.

5 is my sweet spot usually, as long as i can kill fast. If not, 3

Btw the odd number and the next even number (like p3 -> p4) will have the same drop rate, but the odd will give the monsters less hp since its lower. So you can run it on 7 instead of 8 if you want.

it takes about 4 min in p8 for my assa atm :/ and about 40 s in p1

Unless “p8 at all times” is one of your rules, try running in p3.

In terms of drops :
p1 = p2
p3 = p4
p5 = p6
p7 = p8

For Mephisto, p3 almost gives the maximum number of drops.
Hence, p3 > anything.
