Just installed D2 again and have no intention of going back online. But inspired by WTs I'm gonna try my first HC char ever.

Some Rules:

- Extended stash
- P8 always except countess reruns
- No points into javelin tree, only missile weapons after first bow/crossbow drops

Something I thought I wanted to achieve:

- Beat game in hell
- Be able to farm 85 areas
- Find Windforce (hopefully so "early" it's still an upgrade)
- Kill DC
- Try ubers (no high hopes)

Duriel down. He didn't care about my merc at all and charged me Had to rebuy potions few times


I hate A3. Trying to run past it as fast as possible but it's a real pita. I don't have mana to use multishot so I'll be using magic arrow 99,99% of time. And my 3*ral bow ain't doing much any physical so mana steal wouldn't really cut it for now (don't have mana leech items even if I had physical damage now)

And I thought meph took long P8 really makes more difference before endgame than I thought eventhough I have ral bow. At least my merc is tanking it like a man

Valkyrie is stronger than I hoped and merc deals fair deal of damage with a rare pike. Will see how diablo works out but I need to get to A5 so exceptional versions drop more often. Next stop is baalrunning if everything works out.

Keep your eye out for a pair of hsarus boots for an epic ar boost when paired with the belt

Goodluck in this, I am assuming you will go with some passives as well... also done similar to DClone being killed,
just couldn't carry on because old Comp broke... that damn motherboard is a biatche.

This is awesome! I love to see the community growing and inspiring new players. I haven't posted here in about a year since my recent Bone Necro walk thru Gnar, and I see a lot of new names.
This is a super duper hard walk thru to beat as your first HC, and attrition is going to be your strength; make sure to spend plenty of time farming before progressing.
