The 2 best weapons for a fury druid are upped shael ribcracker and shael shael ber tomb reaver. PM me and I will tell you more about the gear a fury druid would use.

Mathematically speaking, there should only be one weapon choice for Fury Wolves.

MadScientist created a formula to model the killing speed of every possible "elite" Furywolf weapon against a Venom Lord and against Baal. He then listed all of the weapons in order of efficiency. eBotD Glorious Axe finished 17th. eBotD Archon finished 19th. eBotD Thunder Maul finished 20th. If you want to burn a Zod to get the 19th best Fury weapon on the planet, then by all means, be my guest.

The Zod/RJoF/RJoF Tomb Reaver finished 12th on the list. Again, if you want to burn a Zod for the 12th best Fury Wolf weapon on the planet, you're welcome to be my guest, but you should know that the better Fury weapons will kill Baal in about 60% of the time it takes for a Zod/RJoF/RJoF Tomb Reaver.

Here's the complete list of weapons and how they fared in combined performance against Venom Lords and Hell Baal on Players 5 setting. All weapons are assumed to be a perfect roll and upgraded to Elite. The "Rare Giant Thresher" is the theroetical best Rare that could drop- an "Ethereal Cruel Master's Mechanic's Giant Thresher of Self-Repair of Transcendence of Quickness"- basically, 450% ED, 40% IAS, Eth, Repairs durability, 2 socketed, +20 minimum damage, +250 AR.

Notice the name that appears a lot at the top of the list? Upgraded Ribcracker isn't just one of the cheapest Fury weapons around, it is also inarguably the best. Which makes me laugh that people are burning their High Runes and their dupes like mad, and I'm outkilling them with a cheap-o shaeled ribcracker.

Other then IK maul being better then any and every botd in pvm, botds a great choice


For a pvm fury wolf that rocks, I mean really tears it up. Handles immunes very well, I'd have to say go full ik + jalas while using a reapers might merc. Cant go wrong with ribby however.

Game pwned, start collecting for your next character.

1. Eth Zodded TR 80/30 -> 4fpa, @Res, allows Guillaumes Face
2. Eth BotD Glorious Axe -> 5 fpa, massive leech and damage
3. Non-Eth TR 'Lo' + 80/30 -> 4fpa, some DS, @Res so that you can sue G-Face
4. Eth Upped Ribby IAS/ED -> 5fpa, massive CB, FHR, and even some Defense what is nice for a Wolf having no normal EDef %.

Windhammer, etc. are also nice weapons, but of the cheap versions, Upped Ribcracker isnÄt easy to beat, even with just a 'Shael' in it.

Jokes like Insight, Obedience or Honor having no IAs shouldn't be mentioned at all. They're all terribly slow.
Any weapon not reaching 5fpa is actually useless. So f.e. is a BotD Thundermaul.
