In PVM, which attribute should be selected for Renewed Rotting Fissure?
-Enemy Poison Resistance or +Poison Skill Damage ?

Same difference. You do 1000 poison damage, +5%, now you do 1050. -95% psn res = 50 damage. -90% psn res = 100 damage.

It doesn't matter.

If you don't fight prior poison immune monsters, it barely makes a difference.

But if you fight poison immune monsters, -res is more important.
