Laozi lives by The Way of nature. He understands that The Way cannot be found in maps, but in how one moves through them. The Way reveals itself through Wu Wei; the effortless action that arises when one does not push against reality, but moves with it. Through Wu Wei, he does not force, cling, or turn back. Each area is entered once, cleared, and left behind.
Laozi will be a physical/fire hybrid werebear.

GearI want to use a 2-handed weapon, so I'll have to pump strength and also dex quite a bit in case the best weapon I find is a polearm or a bow. Once I actually know which weapon I'll be using long-term, I can restat around it. Other than that I'm basically just looking for melee gear, hopefully with some +skills somewhere. My goal is to try and do pretty much equal fire damage and physical damage in Hell and have a source of crushing blow. I'm also going to keep a 'Malice' weapon of some sort because the OW/PMH on it will be key to defeating PI/FI bosspacks in Hell.

I haven't attempted many single pass WTs, and the only one I have ever succeeded with was P3. So hopefully this will be my very first successful P8 Single Pass. Definitely shout out any advice if you have it!
